The GWS ASME Series is a heavy-duty pressure tank designed and manufactured in compliance with the ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code Section VIII, Division 1. Therefore, it is ideal for high-pressure applications that require maximum safety, reliability, and international regulatory compliance.
Global Water Solutions (GWS) performs all design, fabrication, assembly, and inspection processes at its ASME-accredited manufacturing facilities. As a result, each unit includes an ASME U-Stamp, Manufacturer’s Data Report (MDR), and permanent data records to ensure full traceability and compliance.
Moreover, the ASME Series features a carbon steel tank shell, high-grade butyl membrane, and stainless steel water connection. These components make the tank suitable for clean water systems, booster pump installations, and high-pressure industrial applications. In addition, the tanks are available in capacities from 60 to 3,000 liters, with pressure ratings of 10, 16, and 25 bar.
The ASME Series complies with ASME Section VIII Division 1 and includes an official U-Stamp for regulatory assurance.
GWS uses carbon steel construction with high-precision welded seams and RT-tested weld joints to ensure structural integrity.
The premium butyl membrane provides stable air-water separation and extends service life.
This design allows fast membrane replacement and simplifies routine maintenance.

Each tank ships pre-charged at 4 bar (58 psi) for faster installation.
