Viking Model F-1 – Double Interlock Preaction System (Electric / Pneumatic Release)

The Model F-1 Double Interlock Preaction System requires two conditions before the valve opens:

1. Activation of the detection system (electric), and

2. Activation of the sprinkler (pneumatic air-pressure drop).
   This provides the highest level of protection against accidental water discharge.

It is commonly used in facilities where water damage must be prevented at all costs.
