Ebara GSOF

Standard Pump

The Ebara GSOF Pump is a durable and efficient solution designed for industrial applications. It is manufactured in compliance with international standards ISO 2858, ISO 5199, and ISO 3069, making it reliable for both large-scale and specialized operations.

Equipped with a semi-open impeller featuring 3D hydraulic vane technology, the pump delivers stable flow and high efficiency. It is suitable for handling light chemical liquids. The gland cover is also compatible with multiple shaft seal types, ensuring flexible use across industries.

For extended service life, the Ebara GSOF features a heavy-duty bearing structure with oil lubrication and double ball bearings. This design reduces vibration, increases durability, and ensures stable operation even under demanding conditions.

Another advantage is its energy-saving design, which adopts hydraulic features from the GS model. With high efficiency, the pump reduces power consumption and offers a more compact size compared to conventional designs.

Operating Condition

  • Service liquid: Chemical, Chemical light slurry

  • Liquid temperature: -30 to 150 °C

  • Liquid density: 0.7 to 1.2 g/cm³

  • Pump speed:

    • 50Hz: 2 pole / 4 pole

    • 60Hz: 2 pole / 4 pole


Pressure Casing

  • Material: SCS13 / SUS304 equivalent

  • Design pressure: 16 bar

  • Flange standard: EN 16bar

  • O-ring material: FKM or EPDM


Shaft Seal

  • Mechanical Seal (Unbalanced & without sleeve):

    • Single, E-bellows (FKM or EPDM)

    • Seal faces: SiC/C or SiC/SiC

  • Gland packing with sleeve:

    • Carbonized fiber (P#6501L equivalent)


Flushing / Auxiliary (Plan)
