Standard Pump
The EBARA GSOF Pump is a horizontal end suction centrifugal pump designed for industrial process applications. It features a front semi-open impeller suitable for handling slurry with higher particle content compared to reverse open vane designs.
Furthermore, the pump features a stainless steel 304 casing and impeller. Stainless steel 316 is also available as an optional material. Its back pull-out construction allows maintenance without removing the suction and discharge piping.
In addition, the EBARA GSOF follows ISO 2858 and ISO 5199 standards. The pump is available in 50 Hz and 60 Hz configurations, with several shaft sealing options for different operating requirements.
The front semi-open impeller is designed for slurry applications. Moreover, it can handle higher particle content compared to a reverse open vane design.
This design allows easier pump maintenance without dismantling suction and discharge piping. As a result, routine servicing requires less piping disassembly.
The heavy-duty shaft limits deflection at the shaft seal to 50 μm or less. Furthermore, the bearing construction provides low vibration and extended bearing life in accordance with ISO 5199.
Available options include single mechanical seals, double mechanical seals, and gland packing. Therefore, shaft sealing arrangements can be selected according to application requirements.
The casing and impeller use stainless steel 304. Alternatively, stainless steel 316 is available as an optional material.
Pump dimensions follow ISO 2858 and EN 22858. Meanwhile, the pump design follows ISO 5199, and seal chamber dimensions comply with ISO 3069.
The design offers high parts interchangeability, using three bearing housing frame sizes and four shaft types. In addition, the reusable U-type impeller nut supports easier assembly and maintenance.
